Technological advancements and are tightly controlled thru the patent office and MANY compartmentalized black budget programs. The very corporations pushing technology are not only government funded, but they were also government created too. As in controlled. Controlled as a means maximize control and profit . . . . . . . NOW, knowing that, you should also know the "cabal" folks talk about, IS the federal government. 😶 Corporate lackies hell bent on control for profit is exactly what the senate n congress are composed of . . . . . . . PRIME EXAMPLE - No one involved with the FDA, the CDC or USDA is ever held responsible, nor is anyone involved with big pharma.
